EPK Crew Package
EPK Crew Package
Our EPK Crew delivers professional electronic press kit filming, behind-the-scenes video coverage, and interview content for feature films & television series. Operating across the UK & internationally.
Working closely with production teams, marketing agencies, and studio PR departments, we create high-quality video assets that support publicity and distribution, without disrupting your schedule.
We were the main EPK team covering the Paramount Pictures Bob Marley Feature Film.
We’re experienced in on-set environments and familiar with the pressure points of production. Our crews are trained to work fast, light, and respectfully.
Capturing cast interviews, crew B-roll, location cutaways, and everything needed to tell the story behind your project.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you work under white-label agreements?
Yes. Most of our EPK work is delivered white-label. Our crew can operate under your agency or studio name, follow your visual and communication guidelines, and deliver unbranded assets where required. NDAs and embargoes are standard for us.
How quickly can you deploy a crew?
In most cases, we can crew up within 5 hours due to our HQ being open 7 days a week, practically 24/7, including camera, sound, and production-ready kit. For studio shoots or multi-day coverage, earlier notice helps but we’re used to stepping in at short notice when schedules shift.
Are your crews experienced on film and TV sets?
Yes. Our operators regularly work on feature films, high-end TV, and studio environments. They understand set etiquette, union rules, and how to work around principal photography without disrupting the production.
What camera and audio kit do you use?
Our standard EPK setup is built around Sony FX6 & Ronin 4D cameras with cinema lenses, broadcast-quality sound, and compact lighting where needed. If your brief requires a specific look, codec, or workflow, we can adapt to match your main unit or house style. We typically have one camera on a tripod and one as gimbal so that we have maximum efficiency & can ensure all angles are covered.
Can cast follow our interview questions or direction?
Absolutely. We’re comfortable as seen in pictures:
Running interviews independently
Following your provided questions verbatim
Taking live direction from a producer, publicist, or remote client
We’re also happy to flag time or content issues if interviews are running long.
Do you provide editing, or just raw footage?
Both. We can:
Deliver clean, organised raw media
Supply assembled EPK edits or featurettes
Output multiple durations and formats from the same material
All deliverables follow your brief and naming conventions.
How is footage delivered?
We supply assets in the format you need, including:
ProRes, H264, or DNxHD
Labelled file structures and slates
Optional timecode burn-ins
Delivery can be via secure link, shared cloud, or physical drive.
Will your crew appear on camera or be credited?
No, unless explicitly requested. Our default is low-profile, no-credit operation. Crew dress and behaviour are aligned with studio or agency expectations, and we do not post behind-the-scenes material without permission.
Can you cover multiple locations or units?
Yes. We can deploy multiple crews nationwide and coordinate coverage across cities or parallel shoots. This is common for festivals, press days, or staggered interview schedules.
Who is our point of contact?
You’ll have a single production contact from booking through delivery, with direct access to the on-site crew if needed. No handoffs, no chasing.
