Revenue & Recoupment Model

All incoming revenue including streaming, international sales, sponsorships, licensing and feature distribution will first flow into a recoupment pool, distributed as follows:

1. 100% of investor capital is repaid first, ensuring investors recover their full initial investment before any producer participation.

2. Once capital has been repaid, net profits are shared 50/50 between the investor group and Moonshine Film Ltd.

3. Investors retain ongoing profit participation in perpetuity, meaning they continue to benefit from all future revenue derived from the project, including its feature adaptation, licensing, or remakes.
