Tanmoye Khan

From the vibrant landscape of Bangladesh and raised in the UK, Tanmoye landed his first job as a driver for a rental company in 2014 in London. Since then he's assisted his way up through both camera and lighting departments, working predominantly in commercials and dipping in and out of TV dramas/features — all the while shooting and sharpening his eye for Cinematography. Much of Tanmoye's influences come from working with other DPs whom he's grown to admire over the years. His favourite filmmakers: Wong Kar Wai, Michel Gondry, and Emmanuel Lubezki. Tanmoye loves travelling, is bilingual — speaking English, Bengali, Hindi, and Spanish — and has a particular fondness for Latin America (you can catch him dancing salsa in his off-time).
