General Manager / Head of Production

At Moonshine film, we are looking for a General Manager / Head of Production to join our team.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the day-to-day running, leadership, structure and scaling of the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can bring stability, consistency and structure.

You will be responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly, profitably, with strong leadership and accountability within a fast-moving environment.

  • WHAT YOU'LL DO

    • Run day-to-day operations
    • Lead team, hiring & performance
    • Own structure, systems & execution
    • Oversee production, rentals & delivery
    • Manage financial flow & profitability
    • Manage sales, growth & client relationships

  • WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

    • Experienced in operations / production / business
    • A strong leader who takes full ownership
    • Commercially sharp (pricing, margins, growth)
    • Comfortable in fast-moving environments
    • Ideally experienced on set (camera / production)
    • Have a builder, accountable and driven mindset

  • COMPENSATION

    • £40K base
    • % of revenue company wide
    → Target: £100K+ as company scales
