Terms & Conditions

Hours & Overtime:
A standard working day consists of 11 hours or APA terms. Additional hours on set will be charged at APA rate. 1.25x The Basic Day Rate or 1.5x depending on the crew role.
Travel:
All parking fees incurred will have to be reimbursed.
Locations outside of the M25, London & or in-between filming locations will incur an 80p per mile mileage charge (we drive uneconomical commercial vehicles)
Alternative travel arrangement costs e.g trains or taxis will have to be reimbursed at cost.
Night Shoots:
Night shoots are to be charged at the Daily Rate + 25%. To be incurred if call time is between 5pm-5am. If the wrap time is 10pm or prior, night shoot fee will not be incurred.
