Dhruv is an NFTS-trained Commercials Director and Producer with over ten years of experience across feature film, high-end television and advertising. He began his career in production, spending three years working in the heart of Bollywood, most notably on Ramayana, India’s most expensive film.
After returning to the UK, Dhruv built extensive production experience working alongside major studios including Netflix, Warner Bros. and Paramount, with credits spanning productions such as Dune: Part Two, The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power, Looney Tunes: Coyote vs. Acme and Oscar-nominated Nimona.
Dhruv recently directed his debut feature film, A Winter’s Lion, which attracted nationwide coverage from BBC News, BBC Radio and Deadline. Following its success, he has been signed to direct two further independent features with twice the budget.
Passionate about narrative-driven storytelling, Dhruv brings a cinematic approach to everything he creates.

He has led teams of up to 60 artists across complex VFX pipelines. His debut feature, A Winter’s Lion, stars Amanda Abbington and has been covered by BBC News and Deadline.
