Paushali Banik is a freelance Casting Director working across film, television, and emerging narrative formats.

With experience across leading UK and US casting offices, Paushali has cast on acclaimed ITV and BBC dramas including Unforgotten, The Long Shadow, Sherwood, Starstruck, and World on Fire, and has been nominated twice for Casting Directors’ Guild Awards. Her credits include projects for Netflix, Apple TV, Warner Brothers and Paramount, such as Judd Apatow’s The Bubble, Alfonso Cuarón’s Disclaimer, and the upcoming feature film Practical Magic 2.

Paushali now collaborates with production companies across the UK and US, bringing her scripted casting expertise to both traditional and emerging formats, including vertical drama.
