Feature Film Package – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Pre-Shoot Consultation

All bookings require a mandatory call with the Moonshine Film team to discuss:

Equipment needs

Crew structure

Transport and logistical planning
This ensures the package is properly tailored to your production and shoot schedule.

2. What’s Included

This package includes as standard:

All available equipment from the Moonshine Film inventory. 2x cameras & 3x Lens Sets maximum.

2nd AC as part of the standard crew

VW Transporter Unit Van with Adicam Magliner for equipment transport and on-set logistics

3. Optional Add-Ons

The following can be added to your package upon request and will be listed as separate line items in your quote:

Drone Add-On – includes drone kit and licensed operator

Lighting Add-On – for large-scale lighting setups beyond our core inventory Please enquire for pricing and availability.

4. Cross-Hires

Any equipment not currently part of the Moonshine inventory will be sourced via cross-hire upon request.

Cross-hire costs are not included in the fixed package price and will be adjusted into the quote if required with a 22.5% mark-up.

In unique circumstances, we are open to invest in the cinema lenses if the film will be a long-term duration.

5. Crew & Labour

Crew are booked at APA standard commercial rates.

The following additional crew-related costs are reimbursable by the client:

Overtime, as defined by APA guidelines

Travel at £0.60 per mile (van and crew)

Meal expenses where applicable

Accommodation if overnight stays or remote locations are involved

6. Insurance & Liability

The client must provide a Certificate of Insurance covering all equipment and crew for the duration of the hire.

7. Payment Terms

A £1,000 deposit is required 5-days in advance of the shoot to secure your booking.

A 28 day invoice is issued on completion of the shoot.

⚠️ 8. Fair Use Disclaimer

While this package includes access to the full Moonshine Film inventory, this is based on reasonable and fair usage in line with the scope of the production.

Moonshine Film reserves the right to:

Limit or adjust equipment allocation if the request is deemed excessive or outside standard production requirements

Review and approve final kit lists during the pre-shoot consultation

This policy ensures we maintain quality, crew efficiency, and the integrity of the gear for your production and others.
