About The Nucleus M2 

The Tilta Nucleus-M II is a professional wireless lens control system designed for high-end cinema productions, gimbal work, handheld rigs, drones, and Steadi-cam setups. Featuring ultra-responsive 4-channel FIZ control (Focus, Iris, Zoom & ND), the Nucleus-M II delivers precise wireless lens operation with minimal latency and powerful high-torque motors.

The system includes Tilta’s redesigned FIZ hand unit with adjustable handwheel tension, built-in lens mapping, electronic focus marking display, and support for up to four wireless motors simultaneously. The upgraded motors are compact, lightweight, and ideal for demanding builds where space and reliability are critical.

Compatible with a wide range of cinema cameras and lenses, the Nucleus-M II also offers wireless camera control functionality for supported systems, allowing operators and 1st ACs to adjust camera settings remotely without touching the camera body.

Perfect for narrative, commercial, music video, and live production environments, the Nucleus-M II bridges the gap between affordability and premium wireless lens control systems while maintaining professional-level performance and reliability.

What's the Cancellation Policy?

Once a booking has been confirmed, Moonshine Film allocates, prepares, and reserves equipment and resources exclusively for that hire period. Cancellations or reductions may therefore incur a charge to cover these costs and the loss of opportunity to rehire the equipment.


The following charges apply in the event of cancellation or reduction of a confirmed booking:


• More than 7 days before the hire period: 10% of the total hire fee.
• 3–7 days before the hire period: 25% of the total hire fee.
• 48–72 hours before the hire period: 50% of the total hire fee.
• Less than 48 hours before the hire period: 100% of the total hire fee.

Do I need a Moonshine account to make an order?

Yes. To book any dry-hire equipment from us, no matter how big or small the hire is, you need an approved and open account with us.

What documentation do I need to register for an account?

You will need some identification (drivers license or passport), proof of address and proof of insurance if the kit is over £1000.

What are the timings for collection & return for a one day hire?

If you collect the evening before your shoot and return the morning after, this counts as a one day rental.

Can I hire camera crew aswell?

Absolutely, we are known primarily for being a wet hire company, providing competent & reliable crew to accompany your kit. We offer a No-Nonsense system through our packages.

Do you offer multi-day discounts?

Yes, contact us for weekly rates or custom packages, we are happy to be flexible to cater to your needs.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We can deliver across London in our dedicated Camera Unit Van, however, we would always recommend hiring a camera assistant for your ease as delivery/collection is included...

How does the minimum order work?

We have a minimum order in place to reflect staff pay, logistical load & our standing as a boutique kit & crew service. The minimum order is currently £150 + VAT for dry hires.

What happens if I lose the equipment or it's been stolen?

Reach out to us through WhatsApp at +44 20 8050 5285. Depending on the nature of the incident, it may be necessary to inform both the police and your insurance company as well.
